Safe-Start Phase 2 approved in Whatcom County!

Safe-Start Phase 2 is currently in place in Whatcom County, allowing the opening of many businesses and easing limits on social distancing.
According to the state Health Department, these activities will be allowed:

1. Domestic services, retail stores, real estate services, professional services, salons and barbers, with some restrictions and more manufacturing / construction services.
2. All restaurants which include Birch Bay Restaurants and Blaine Restaurants can open at 50% capacity but without bar seating.
